The only thing I’d emphasize is that access shouldn’t be based solely on financial ability. The right members should also have a proven track record, clients who have spent time with multiple women on your roster and consistently received positive feedback. That kind of vetting protects the integrity of the experience.
There should also be a clear standard of conduct. Strict, non-negotiable. Zero tolerance. Respect, for the models, for fellow members, and for the environment has to be the baseline. Any form of disrespect, verbal or otherwise, should result in immediate removal. Same goes for any aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
