In the past I have heard Sara Jay didn't offer BBFS despite having some good reviews and I remember some call her underrated in those reddit forums but kept saying she doesn't do BBFS so now recently I saw this post on X:

seeing this post my mind went through "What if she is offering BBFS ?" or maybe this could be for other things but idk the above post felt like this could be for people who love meeting her to take testing from there or for video shooting with fans.

She is likely good friends with the person that runs Talent testing services and they probably offered her a kickback to get more people to test at their location. There is so many testing options now that they got to do whatever they can to get people in the door.

Unfortunately I saw her maybe 2 years ago in NJ, and the answer was a straight no, even with testing.

Actually, anyone who signs up with TTS has access to their Ambassador program and can get referrals. It's on your TTS dashboard. I don't know what it offers, and some site and Google searches didn't help, but I'd imagine you earn points or credits toward future tests. It's been known as the IKMS Referral program in the past (I Know My Status, powered by TTS).
