When I jumped into the hobby I begin getting tested every three months no expectations. This didn't matter whether I was going bare or not (which I rarely do). Providers on the other hand, at least PS providers, get tested at least once every 2 weeks or so. For elite companions I have no idea, something to bring up though.

These days with STDs all over the place it's best to get every test that's being given, so you at least cover your ass while letting the provider know you're clean. I'm talking everything from blood work to a Q-tip to your ass.
