Talent Testing Service (TTS), announced the release of its October 2025 update featuring the latest positivity rates of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs).

Chlamydia Urine: Positivity Index

Overall, the three Chlamydia Urine rates show a similar behavior through time including the steady downward trend from the November 2022 peak. In October 2025 the three rates remained unchanged, the Total rate at 1.2%, the Male rate at 1.3%, and the Female rate at 1.0%. Seeing that historic levels have been around 2.0%, the current rates being below 2.0% can be considered to be within expectations.
GC (Gonorrhea) Urine - Positivity Index

In October 2025 the Gonorrhea Urine rates show all the rates at 0.3% although from different prior points, the Male rate unchanged, and the other two turning down, the Total rate from 0.5%, and the Female rate from 0.7%. In this month the three rates stayed around the linear trend.
Trichomonas Vaginalis Urine- Positivity Index

In October 2025 the Trichomonas Vaginalis Urine rates remained the same for the Total rate at 0.2% and the Female rate at 0.4%, while the Male rate decreased to 0.0%. The current rate levels are still within the general range of 0.0% to 1.5%.
Mycoplasma Genitalium Urine - Positivity Index

In October 2025 for Mycoplasma G. Urine the Female rate went up to 4.4% from 4.0%, the Total rate unchanged at 3.2%, and the Male rate down to 2.1% from 2.4%.
Chlamydia & GC (Gonorrhea) Throat and Rectal Swabs - Positivity Index

Based on market activity, the positivity rates for the four tests below have December 2022 as a relevant, starting point where all levels display their peak and then start overall downward trends. In October 2025, the three Chlamydia Rectal rates turned up, the Total rate going to 1.7% from 1.2%, the Female rate to 1.9% from 1.3%, and the Male rate to 1.6% from 1.1%. For Chlamydia Throat, the three rates are at 0.5%, the Male rate up from 0.1%, the Total rate also up from 0.3%, and the Female rate the same as in September. Although within an overall smaller range of 0.0% to 3.5%, when compared to the other swab rates, the Gonorrhea Rectal lines volatility is visible since April 2023, and in October 2025 have the Female rate decreasing further to 0.1% from 0.8%, the Male rate still increasing to 1.6% from 1.3%, and the Total rate dropping to 0.9% from 1.1%. The three Gonorrhea Throat rates moved in different directions, the Male rate up to 1.1% from 0.9%, the Total rate with no change at 0.7%, and the Female rate down to 0.3% from 0.5%. In conclusion, the rate levels displayed in the Gonorrhea Rectal swabs continue to show a more volatile behavior than the other three swab tests.
