Instead is was my former boss at another company who recommended me for a job, I had a zoom meeting Thursday and was flow out on the redeye for an in person Second interview for my fucking dream job at 8 AM Pacific standard time. Director of asset management for a property management firm controlling $2 billion of real estate. Salary is insane fellas.
So I’m up prepping for it cus I’m gonna come prepared and make them choose the 38 year old blue collar former drug dealer (legally of course) former Montana cattle ranch worker, former construction manager for a home builder, former construction manager for corporate single-family home rental REIT , who’s been miserable working for douche bags running a solar company for 2 years who happens to own and manage hos own assets already and knows what the fuck he’s doing after turning it to the sole provider for for his mother 3 much younger siblings when his dad died of a heart attack in his car on the way to hospital and then took care of his widow mom while she fought cancer while having to ease 3 kids essentially on her own. Building an empire so none of them ever have a financial concern in life.

This is why you never give the fuck up. You will hit speed bumps with you job, with you girl with you hos and sugar babies. You will have your heat broken. You will get fired. You will be challenged in life.
