I recently got in touch with a provider I had met last year. Let's call her "Karen Doe". She wasn't "working" for the past few months. The outrageous demand came when I broached the subject of a duo and Karen Doe herself wanted a deposit. That's when I blew a gasket and told her in no uncertain terms that even criminal defense lawyers in Louisiana charge $800/h and she has received $1750 for 2h8m49s of work from me. To my surprise...it worked and she backed off and was more amicable.
