For me I’ve got three hotels that I usually book for myself when I want to do an outcall in Mew York even though I live there.
First is Shelburne Hotel. It’s in downtown New York very close to everything that makes New York what it is. The staff there turn a blind eye to what you’re doing even though they know what happening. Other than checking in you won’t have to talk to staff and that includes your provider, they walk in make a right to the elevators and they’re golden.

Second is Hudson Hotel. Once again downtown. A little too much eye contact for my liking but was still very discreet. Sadly they closed down awhile ago. Broke my damn heart.
Third, Mondrian Park Avenue. Again, this is downtown on the east side. Unlike my first one you’ll have to make eye contact every time you walk into the hotel since the check-in is just before the elevators.
