Yesterday pornstar provider Abi James posted on her IG and X about a PASS certificated at home testing kit sold by Pro Dx Health.
The test kit is called Pro 13. The kit is the first and only PASS-certified home-collection STD test, meeting the industry's highest testing standards and designed for all genders.
It comes with everything you need to test for:
- Trichomoniasis
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhea
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis C
- Syphilis
- MGen (Mycoplasma genitalium)
- HIV 1 & 2 (4th Gen A b/Ag and PCR)
These are the same test you get from TTS and CLEAR.
The way this works is you go to the Pro Dx Health website and click on
PASS test. It will take you to the Pro 13 test kit. You must select the Comfort Collect and Pro Use to make it PASS certified.
Once you have done that you place the kit in your cart. You will then select the type of shipping you want the kit to arrive and get sent to the testing facility.
Please note the following when selecting shipping. Per the website:
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day, regardless of the shipping method selected (including Overnight and Express).
Please note: Shipping timeframes (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day) refer to transit time after the order has been processed and shipped, not the time from when the order is placed.
Example: If you select Overnight Shipping and place your order at 2:30 PM PT on a Thursday, it will ship Friday and arrive the following Monday (excluding holidays).

If you place your order on Monday, your estimated schedule would be:

Final Notes
The lab requires up to 48 business hours to process results once they receive your sample. This means:
Delays in return shipping = delays in result delivery
Planning backwards from your deadline is essential
Choosing expedited shipping is often the only way to stay on track
If you have a fixed deadline, do not rely on free or standard shipping. Upgraded shipping helps avoid unnecessary stress or missed windows.
After you selected shipping you pay and wait for the test to arrive. Once the test arrives you register your test via a QR code and schedule a telehealth visit with a doctor on staff. During this telehealth visit the doctor will explain how to administer the tests and you will conduct all but two in front of them. The two you will do in private are the urine test and anal swab.
Once you have collected all your samples you will package them as directed and ship them off to get tested. You get your results via email with 48 business hours from when they arrive from the testing facility.
This is a great alternate for our members who do not have main testing facilities like we do here in Southern California. It's also a great alternative if phlebotomist have trouble finding your vains.
The only thing you need to make sure is any provider you are seeing or any individual hosting an event will accept the Pro Dx Health test results. Since this is still fairly new you should check with your provider or or event host before using this service. I'm sure this will be temporary until Pro Dx Health becomes more widely known and popular with in the industry.
