Penelope is based in Los Angeles. Compared to the following year, 2025 has been a slow touring year for Penelope. With only a handful of tours done, it would have been easier to visit Los Angeles than hope for her to stop in your area. Although, Penelope’s mainstream career obviously comes first from her credits. You can book Penelope on both PC and TA, so there’s no real reason to be lost on where to find her.
