use at your discretion, but my pro session formula/routine. 1. Tadalafil, 20 mg. Daily starting four days before session. I'll schedule it out so my intake time is 2 hrs before meeting. so if meeting at 6 pm, I take pill 4 pm each day, starting four days out. 2. I take 4 pills of this 'fat burner' supplement, twice daily (8 pills total). Its called "CAMP PM STIM-FREE FAT LOSS FORMULA" by Gorilla Mind. These things increase my load volume by 3x - 4x, no joke. My normal "shot" is a single drip normally. This shit makes me pump out 3 or 4 actual shots. I am not sure if that would work for anyone else. I found out randomly, as I was taking it for weight loss supplement originally. 3. water intake, I drink 2+ liters water day. I do this all the time anyways, but if you dont normally drink water, drink 2+ liters a day starting a couple days out. Day of, I cut back just so I dont have to pissing a lot. 4. Stretching, I stretch a couple times a week normally. but I stretch once or twice day, for a couple days before a session.
I find daily tadalafil (cialis) use much better than one time use of viagra (Sildenafil). Less chance of getting side affects, like head aches, flushing, sweating etc. its meant to be a daily use pill under normal guidance, and I find it allows me to go 2 rounds no prob. whereas for me, 1 viagra, does not guarantee that for me, not even close. The stuff in the fat burner pills was pure accidental find for me, but knowing you can pop off couple shots, really gives me confidence for the session. The water and stretching just makes sure you are game ready. like any other sports. this isnt something I do every single time. but if I have a special something lined up, and I want to be 100% on game, then this is what I do.
