It is not a criminal case or an indictment. Criminal cases are brought by the government. This is a class action civil suit brought by a private law firm. Have no idea if this is the same lawsuit as Onlyfans has a number of different lawsuits coming out about them. This one seems to be moving forward with the plaintiff (subscriber) saying they fully expected personal interactions and say that they wouldn’t have subscribed if they knew they were going to get them, or at the very least would have paid less.
Biggest reason why I dislike the platform.

Yeah I don’t know how OnlyFans could explain it. Models don’t have to disclose that they use teams to run the account. Definitely seems like a point-blank form of fraud to me

I don't know if Onlyfans can or even should explain what's happening. I know their platform is being used as the middleman between the process, but it's not the platform that's making the decision to venture out to AI and other countries; it's the model.

Oh! That's ridiculous. They weren't even trying to hide the fact the model had a middleman between her and Onlyfans.....
So the argument could be Onlyfans needs to put in some kind of clause that the models need to alert the subs that they aren't really talking to them. Seems only fair; IMO.

"Chatters" is the most cringe thing ever. I understand these men, I understand them and stand by their decision to sue OF.
Chatters/agencies should be against their terms of service by default.
