I don’t understand what’s SOOOO difficult for the girls to just spend an hour a day answering people…. What’s so difficult about that.

I think with OF losing this type of case, there will be an uptick in models going back into mainstream porn and possible seeing an uptick in models returning to providing. Losing the case will be a big step in helping customers. However, there's always loopholes that these models will find and exploit. First thing I would ask is if they do lose, would OnlyFans just take out the fact that customers aren't interacting with creators authentically? A huge part of the suit is that OF claims customer are talking to the creators themselves. They could just take that out.

I doubt they’ll even “lose” this case, but people getting their hopes up that they’ll go out of business and no competing platform will take their place (no one’s heard of Fansly? ) and the girls will turn to escorting en masse, at 1975-level prices to boot (hey, it’s a fever dream, why not? ), are simply deluding themselves.

I was chatting with somebody impersonating Ryan Conner and I asked her why does she sound like she's from a third world country. We were chatting, and I noticed that the syntax was off; I've seen Ryan do a lot of interviews so I know she has pretty good articulation skills, the person I was chatting with was barely literally. Spell check works, But it won't write a sentence for you now grammarly and the investments in AI they are already warning students that that's still considered plagiarism but as an artificial intelligence evolves it's just going to take a few tweaks and you'll have a chat bot that can simulate the creator they haven't reached their point yet and if they do include that tagline then as part of the solution you should be able to ask is this really and if they are lying then you should have some type of recourse that's the problem with only fans now is that they can fuck over you and block when you speak out. Why I slowly started backing away from Ryan? I don't really think it'll be too hard to prosecute because if you look at how sloppy they are. Follow the chat I included I purchased a video that has no audio. The scene was purchased after she made the video about "the chatting is all me" three days later, nothing from the site administrator or Ryan, until she got aired out on Twitter. She never acknowledge the complaint I even registered a complaint at the website it wasn't until it hit Twitter that she decided to respond aggressively and half assed. She never bothered to check herself. Never logged into the site to verify the allegations, she made a "call" that's how far removed she is from her businesses. You can't access your site and check the scene instead you contact the very people that created the problem. Now we can call it what it is, it was a bait and switch you can hear the audio on the trailer but you don't get the audio when you buy the scene .Three days she did not respond to any of my messages that I posted on the only fans which she is supposed to do all the chatting if you look at the chats none of them even acknowledge the complaint, and so prosecuting them ain't going to be too hard. Longevity has made them too comfortable and sloppy. The wakeup call is those indictment's. coming.

I don’t know all the ins and outs, but as a blanket statement, that’s inaccurate at best. Everything is not public and what is varies by jurisdiction. In general, only documents filed with the court in support of a motion and relevant to judicial decision-making on the matter would become public record, and even still, OF could apply for a protective order for the most sensitive materials. On top of that, settlement would almost certainly curtail the release of further information, so if some really damaging information exists and enters the public record through applicable procedures, OF could settle and prevent additional embarrassing disclosures. And these lawyers are motivated by money and will be looking to settle.
