Sounds good on paper.
But here’s the truth: there’s no real proof it does anything magical.
If anything, most gentlemen just end up tense, distracted, and one bad day away from losing their streak.
Sure - if you’re using NNN to cut back on porn or test your self-control, that’s totally fair. After all, there´s NOTHING worse than having porn-induced ED.
But if you think you’re “saving your energy for the better”, you can relax. You’re not losing power when you nut - no one is.
But here’s the truth: you’re not “losing power” every time you release.
Science doesn’t back that up. Some small studies did find a temporary testosterone bump after about a week of abstinence, but that fades quickly - and long-term, there’s no evidence of lasting hormonal benefits.
Meanwhile, healthy masturbation has proven upsides: stress relief, better mood, and improved sleep.
So if No Nut November helps you, go for it.
