Most providers think this way about their clients - and I know this from countless conversations with providers, combined with what I’ve observed myself as a client over the years.
Providers generally start by thinking well of every client. That changes only once a client shows his true intentions. And here’s the uncomfortable truth: many “regular” providers deal with a fair share of clients who are… let’s just say, not exactly gentlemen.
That’s precisely why I don’t think. I know - that providers genuinely think very highly of clients who simply treat them well.
I’ve cracked dad jokes that only I laughed at. I’ve been awkward. I’ve been quiet, which very rarely happens. And yet I’ve still walked out the door leaving a happy provider behind. Why? Because these women are doing something deeply demanding. They are putting themselves mentally and emotionally “on the line” to make the experience good for us as clients. That takes a huge amount of mental effort on their side.
I consider myself a good guy. I want the best for the providers I see. I try to make them laugh, feel relaxed, and feel appreciated. Sometimes I bring a physical gift if I genuinely like a provider and know she’ll enjoy it.
Now, my conversations have mainly been with so-called “regular” providers - not high-volume or factory-style operations, and the message is always the same. Not word for word, but the meaning is crystal clear:
“As long as a guy treats me well, I’m a fan.”
And here’s the punchline that many of us, miss:
90% of the ‘competition’ is already out the door the moment you are genuinely kind, respectful, and thoughtful. Add a small gift on top of that, and you’ve already separated yourself from the vast majority of clients.
Many clients is not like us here at EA. Let´s leave it like that.
Anyway, here´s a picture of the always beautiful Kitana Montana (Tryst Agency):
