Without sounding like a complete idiot & going into detail, I fashion myself a pretty funny guy. Every now and then if I’m comfortable with my partner I’ll try to say something that gets a giggle out of them. I find it kind of intimate and fun. It’s hard to give an example without sounding dumb out of context, but if there is an opportunity for something playful or a callback to an inside joke… I’m taking it .


With that being said, I read a Reddit story that has stood with me for a long time and cracks me up.

A guy had a girlfriend that loved talking dirty & she was a lot more experienced than him, so he felt intimidated and didn’t really know how to meet her where she was at with talking dirty.

I guess he was hitting it doggie, and she was talking dirty and asked him to “talk fucking dirty to me” and he freaked out, and said the first thing that came to his head and he yelled out “ you like that you fucking retard” …. She immediately started laughing and they stopped fucking .

You just described me better than I ever could have, and I'm a wordsmith. I've yet to try to make someone laugh during sex, but during foreplay, yes.

Although my estranged wife and I once had a fight during sex. That was... weird.
