Seems like Lourdes is sending providers to locations without proper promotion or coverage. I had no idea Holly was in New York for a week.
If we look at this from another standpoint. With them screwing up more providers will go to another agency (Tryst hopefully) or go independent. Either way, the verification process at Lourdes made it almost impossible to see your favorite provider.
