In my opinion, it's dudes like this that give the hobby a bad name. I've never been one to walk any strip looking for a "provider." The closes I've come doing this is Backpage and I didn't so much like it then, because it resembles walking a strip. Still, I had the respect enough to understand these women were doing a job that I shouldn't belittle or make into entertainment for others.
I've seen the dude before. He seems to just go to different parts of Miami where "providers" are located. Some of the stuff he shoots isn't bad, he interviews women in certain parts of the hobby and how it's effecting them. That kind of content is great, because you learn a part of the hobby not a lot of people know about. Other parts of his videos just seem as if he's antagonizing them wanting to get a response. Can't really respect it all to much.
