An idea for a new post popped into my head after reading @fog1 ’s comment on this post about the recent price bump of Aletta Ocean.
Haven’t we all been in that situation where it feels almost impossible—if not truly impossible—to get a reply from the girl or her assistant? As frustrating as it can be in the moment, I do understand why, when you look at the bigger picture.
It’s not that the girls don’t want to get back to you, or that you’re on some kind of blacklist—no, it’s simply the sheer volume of texts and emails they receive. Sure, some of the messages are... less than ideal or just plain unserious. The classic “Hey baby, do you have time on [insert date]?” will almost always be ignored. (I was guilty of sending those messages back in my first year as a hobbyist.)
But the majority of messages they receive are genuine and well thought-out—and when I say majority, I mean it.
I’ve personally become friends with a few of the girls and still talk to some of them today. They’re all still active in the industry—charging anywhere from $200 to $500 an hour in their respective European countries. And the number of messages they get is insane. Every single one of them has told me they receive between 45 to 80 messages per day.
If they’re getting that much, I can only imagine what popular pornstars get. At least 100 messages per day is probably not even a stretch.
What the girls do—at least the ones I know—is filter the messages. They respond to the ones that show respect. Messages that are not too short, but also not unnecessarily long. The ones where the client introduces himself, politely asks if she has time, and keeps the message consistent and clear—those always get priority.
