The hobby is nothing if not a game of wins and losses. At any given time, you can be on top of the world, and without notice, your leg gets swept and you're back down to reality. Sometimes I think that sweep of the leg comes from ourselves. We make small mistakes that can either be taken out of context or be very much intentional—without realizing what we’re doing until it’s done.
Take what this dude is doing here: making a giant fuss over $100. Over a simple deposit that could have still gone toward his booking. But because it didn’t go his way, he decided to switch up his attitude during the booking and fully disrespect the provider—over $100.
Jade Skyy is a pretty prominent provider. She’s extremely sexy and knows how to navigate being a provider better than most. Other than that, I couldn’t tell you much about her, but from the receipts, it seems like she’s also pretty cordial. Everything seemed to play out like any other booking, with a deposit being sent to Jade—until she had to reschedule for some reason. From there, the client supposedly got aggressive and began disrespecting Jade for wanting to reschedule their date. Pretty much called her every name in the book while harassing and threatening to continue doing so until he got his money back. In the end, the client got his money back and they went their separate ways. This is really something.
I really can’t understand arguing over $100. This client is entitled to his money in every way and should have it returned without fault. However, harassing the hell out of the provider when they knowingly have your information is wild. Harassing the hell out of a provider when she was trying to work with you is insane. I don’t see how just asking for the money back and waiting for it in a timely manner wasn’t the better alternative. $100 doesn’t mean too much these days, but that amount matters to providers, so it’ll matter to clients. Although, there’s no amount of money that would have me harassing a woman. Absolutely no amount.
From my point of view, this could have gone another way. Mind you, we don’t know how long it took for him to get his deposit back, though I doubt it was long enough to justify calling Jade out her name multiple times. Not for a hundred fuckin' dollars.
