Hi,

There seems to be an issue with getting verified on these sites. The status stays on processing for a long time then says awaiting initiation and nothing happens. How long does verification usually take? I reached out to support. I'm worried my ID and selfies maybe be a problem. My ID picture is outdated. I was 18 at the time and I'm now 30. Gained 40 pounds and have a head full of hair so I look different in the selfies. Anyone have trouble with this? Thanks!

In the mean time why not get and updated ID photo?

If your ID is that outdated then YEAH the facial recognition system might not be making the match to complete the approval. the system also wont approve things if the ID is expired
plus I personally visually look at every ID that goes through completion
cause I don't trust the AI stuff as much as my programmer

That’s simple enough to get my picture updated . But it doesn’t seem like I will be able to do it . For my email address it says this .
