IS sex toys really bad for you as a man?

I once owned a flashlight and it was a great complimentary tool to use besides my hand, but I threw it out because it was a mess to clean.

But, I have always thought about the fact that using a flashlight, or any other (tight) stroker might mess with your sensitivity and ability to get hard in real life situations.

On the other hand, a tight sex toy might help you train your stamina.

What are your thoughts on using sex toys when you're having fun on your own?
