I have recently tried to renew my Preferred 411 membership, but when I use a credit card to pay, the transaction is declined and it is flagged as suspicious...

I have recently tried to renew my Preferred 411 membership, but when I use a credit card to pay, the transaction is declined and it is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent activity. I've tried various cards with the same result. Is P411 still a valid & legitimate service?
