I was scammed .. beware!!

I have been in the hobby for 8 years and some of you have already seen my posts and reviews on many pornstars and OF models.. but this was a situation where I was a victim of scam run by this OF girl called Sophie dream. https://instagram.com/thesophidream?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

We were introduced by a mutual friend a girl I met many times and introduced me to a lot of other legit girls but I saw that girl sophi OF and I wanted to meet her.. I saw she filmed with our mutual connection and we texted and set everything for a FMTY but then she reached back to me saying she can connect with some other OF well known models.. and that’s when I should been cautious but I know she was real and she verified her identity to me I went with it and made her connect me with 4 other girls where they connect with me and discussed dates and deposits and I slipped and went with it. Then come to the first one who ended up not showing and I kept texting her and she was finding random excuses like she wants to send the rest of the donation in order to tell which room she is at.. etc.. at this point I realized she’s scamming me and I reached out to our original mutual connection and she reached out to the actual girls who confirmed that they were never contacted by Sophie and they don’t even escort.. she even sent me a screenshot of their response from their actual IG accounts.. something I should have asked for but I thought she was legit.. when I confronted her she kept denying and she said she was catfished and she contacted people who did bookings for these girls.. I’ve lost of $7K in this and she didn’t offer to refund me the deposit I sent her because I decided to cancel meeting as I don’t wanna see her scamming face.. lesson learned.. I think I may take a break from the hobby for a while but I wanted to share this with you all in case someone encounters this scamming bitch!

Dam Bro!! I hate when providers think they can do this to anyone and there will be no reductions to there actions, but I promise there will be some for this one. Gotta let everyone know she's a scammer for sure.

What happen to you isn't a laughing matter. You were connect through a mutual friend your red flags weren't going to go up no matter how hard you wanted them to. Once you've met the provider and for sure seen them there's no point for the flags to go up, the hard part is over. Like you said, take this as a lesson when you move on to the next one. This will make you a better client.

How did you send the deposit? If sent via zelle you are probably out of luck. If you sent with a cc through cashapp, paypal etc. you can just call your cc and do a chargeback.

For this reason tryst is the only one i send deposits through zelle. Anyone else i make sure i can chargeback if they scam.

It sucks to hear how many scams there are! I have my pics used in a lot of the free ads out there, especially in South Florida but ive been told they have popped up elsewhere as well. I totally understand the reason for deposits, but because of all the scams, I know a lot of men are reluctant to do them now, and I don't blame them tbh! As of right now, I do not require deposits for local meets, unless someone cancels on me last minute, and then tries to book again, I will ask for a deposit so I don't have my time wasted again. I also require them if I am driving beyond an hour of my house or for FMTY. But because of the scams, I also offer to do a live video call with anyone that would like to, so that can see that I am in fact that person in the ad! Im relatively new to this side of the industry, but I do have some reviews so that can also help put someones mind at ease. Girs do screening for their safety, so you men should also expect and do the same since Im sure none of you want to throw money away!!
