I’ve had—or currently have—all three types: Regulars, ATFs, and SBs.
Technically, you don’t “have” a regular, but when you meet a girl—whether she’s a regular or high-end—relationships can grow, which is why I chose that term.
Let’s start with Regulars.
If you want things to progress, something is expected—something small but meaningful. First, make sure there’s a real connection before giving up anything of value.
If there is a connection, here’s the golden rule: Tip. Tip. Tip. I remember back in March 2019, I met my former SB, and she was the first ATF I ever got. I felt a spark from the first visit—she was open and genuine, which mattered. I tipped her what was equal to her hourly rate ($200) —then tipped again and again. By the sixth or seventh meeting, I had her personal phone number. First huge win.
So with basic relationships or regular providers: tip early, tip often, but only if there’s a real connection.
Don’t waste money on providers you don’t vibe with—it won’t work.
Next, ATFs.
At this stage, the relationship has evolved. You know each other, maybe you’ve met privately or gone out to dinner. Now it’s time to upgrade from tips to physical gifts. Think of something she’ll truly love—her favorite perfume, a designer accessory, maybe even items from her Amazon wishlist.
The key: don’t overdo it. Keep it thoughtful but measured, enough that she’s excited to see you again, without making her dependent on gifts.
Finally, SBs.
This is a different league entirely. Competition is fierce—you’re up against a handful of other guys. Here, you go all out. Over the top.
Shopping sprees, help with bills, top-tier dinners—anything that keeps her invested. From experience, the effort comes back tenfold.
A month without gifts of any form? Forget it—that’s a death sentence for the relationship. Forgetting her birthday? Big mistake.
Building chemistry with a new girl takes dedication, and staying on top of it is the only way to keep the relationship alive.
The principle is simple: keep the momentum going. Regular attention, very thoughtful gifts, and genuine effort are what separate fleeting encounters from lasting relationships.
The goal—from Basic to ATF and even beyond that—can be summed up in one GIF:
