Who hasn’t been in that situation where it’s been a little
too long since you’ve seen a provider?
Sure, solo sessions take the edge off, but nothing compares to the real thing.
The problem is obvious: after a long break, most of us only last a minute, sometimes even less, during that first round.
BUT there
are ways to fight that. But the preparation for that post-hiatus session starts a few days before the booking.
These are all techniques I’ve personally used when I haven’t seen a provider for 2–3 weeks, or even longer.
Porn in Moderation & “Point of No Return” Training
When I say porn in moderation, I mean
don’t sit there for an hour.
Just watch enough to get fired up - because honestly, jerking off when you’re only half-erect barely “counts.” If you’re 100% hard, your brain memorizes the sensation, and that first provider session hits way harder and way faster.
Next, practice your “point of no return” edge:
- Start stroking and stop right before you’re about to go over.
- Take a 30-second break without looking at anything arousing, whether it´s pictures or videos.
- Repeat this cycle for about 15-20 minutes.
While this won’t build long-term stamina, it
will train your body to recognize the sensation. When you finally see the provider, your brain goes, “Okay… I know this feeling,” and you’ll last a little longer.
The only real way though to build true lasting power is actual sessions - i´d recommend at least once every two weeks.
This trick works well if you start it 3–4 days before seeing her.
Use a Long Warm-Up
This one’s for the moment itself.
It’s been mentioned before, but it deserves repeating.
Spend time on DFK - 4 to 5 minutes, perhaps even more.
Then go down on the provider.
This keeps your dopamine in that curious, excited range where you’re aroused but not overstimulated.
If you go straight into the action right away, it’s like hitting the gas too fast, it becomes almost impossible to contain the excitement.
Warm-up is a
must.
Extra Tip: Slow Breathing & Position Control
This is underrated but extremely effective.
When things get close, change positions to something slower (missionary or spooning works best) and focus on long, slow breathing through your nose.
Deep breaths = lower heart rate = lower arousal spike.
It buys you precious extra minutes and resets the pressure.
Combine this with the warm-up and edging practice, and you’ll notice a huge difference.
These 3 techniques is essential to have a longer than expected session after a period of not seeing providers - I know what I´m talking about.
