Who hasn’t been in that situation where it’s been a little too long since you’ve seen a provider?
Sure, solo sessions take the edge off, but nothing compares to the real thing.

The problem is obvious: after a long break, most of us only last a minute, sometimes even less, during that first round.
BUT there are ways to fight that. But the preparation for that post-hiatus session starts a few days before the booking.

These are all techniques I’ve personally used when I haven’t seen a provider for 2–3 weeks, or even longer.


Porn in Moderation & “Point of No Return” Training

When I say porn in moderation, I mean don’t sit there for an hour.
Just watch enough to get fired up - because honestly, jerking off when you’re only half-erect barely “counts.” If you’re 100% hard, your brain memorizes the sensation, and that first provider session hits way harder and way faster.

Next, practice your “point of no return” edge:
  1. Start stroking and stop right before you’re about to go over.
  2. Take a 30-second break without looking at anything arousing, whether it´s pictures or videos.
  3. Repeat this cycle for about 15-20 minutes.
While this won’t build long-term stamina, it will train your body to recognize the sensation. When you finally see the provider, your brain goes, “Okay… I know this feeling,” and you’ll last a little longer.
The only real way though to build true lasting power is actual sessions - i´d recommend at least once every two weeks.

Use a Long Warm-Up
