Depends on how far out the date is scheduled. If it’s two weeks prior, I usually wait maybe 3-4 days before sending a follow-up. If the date is like a 1 month+ away, she’ll probably make you wait a few days.

In the follow-up, I just reaffirm my interest and provide all the necessary information and references. If I don’t get any response whatsoever, I just take my L and leave.
