I’ve been putting real effort into keeping everything working the way it should, and the difference has been night and day. Here’s exactly what I do:
- Prioritize Sleep This is the biggest one by far. Your body repairs itself while you sleep and boosts testosterone levels, which are crucial for strong, reliable erections. Since the start of 2026 I was only averaging 5.5 hours a night - way too low. Mid-March I finally fixed it and now I’m consistently getting 7–8 hours. I feel more energetic during the day and, more importantly, I can maintain a solid erection much easier - even without the little blue pills. (Although I am a huge fan of viagra, I stick to those magical pills in real situations.)
- Get Walking / Running: I walk 7,000–10,000 steps every single day, outside. Sunlight, fresh air, and the movement all help blood flow and mood. It’s simple but it works.
- Eat Meat or Chicken: Red meat or chicken at least 4-5 times a week. Both are packed with zinc, iron, and protein - all essential for healthy testosterone and good blood flow.
- Limit Porn / Overstimulation (very relevant to erectile performance):
Cutting back on excessive porn (and even avoiding it, for long periods) made a noticeable difference. Giving your brain and body a break helps maintain stronger, more natural responses.
- Manage Stress: Stress is one of the fastest ways to kill an erection. I make time to disconnect - whether that’s a long walk or just turning my phone off for a couple hours. A calm mind = better performance in the longer run.
