    Cutting back on excessive porn (and even avoiding it, for long periods) made a noticeable difference. Giving your brain and body a break helps maintain stronger, more natural responses.

  • Manage Stress: Stress is one of the fastest ways to kill an erection. I make time to disconnect - whether that’s a long walk or just turning my phone off for a couple hours. A calm mind = better performance in the longer run.
