Simp isn’t a new word. It’s been around since at least 08/09. A simp is someone that does whatever a girl wants and DOES NOT FUCK. If you fuck you are not a simp.

I don't know where the slang came from but I know it's a derogatory term for men who pay women money for attention while not getting any sex from them...many men who pay for OF are called simps.
