Most cheerleaders, it is not their full time job. The pay isn't top notch, but the exposure is good and a way to network into mainstream entertainment. So wouldn't be surprised if some escorted on the side.

Speaking of Commanders, back when Snyder was owner, one of the many alleged accusations of sexual misdeeds and misconduct that happened on Snyder's watch was that several of the cheerleaders during various calendar shoots were coerced into either doing private nudes or even sexual favors for the team staff that attended shoots. No players were involved, just team officials allegedly.
