Halloween Party is off

This makes me sad but it is just the reality of life. Due to lack of ticket sales the Halloween Party is cancelled. I will be contacting the folks that did purchase tickets and letting them know their refund is on the way
Not giving up on making something happen but seems that it just needs to be tweaked a little bit
