can the EA member who sent the screen shot offer proof the $3,000 came out of an account?

should be there under transactions whether apple pay is linked to bank/debit card or a credit card... can share that without including any sensitive info. either

The screenshot red flags, BBs explanation to Tryst, I’m going Occam’s razor here. No idea what he would have gained, but hopefully it was worth losing access to the tryst roster if it’s a fib.

Honestly I've though about that as well, but that could be faked as well. He already sent one fake image there is no way i would believe any screen shot from him at this point

So PC suddenly decides to blackmail one of her clients to get back at BB for no longer booking through PC? Why? I've never heard of her bm'ing clients and that seems a serious accusation, especially when girls come and go off her website all the time without it being a big deal. Why would BB in particular provoke this reaction when based on the OP only had 2 clients on an SF tour and wasn't an especially big money maker. I don't see why PC would be particularly upset at her leaving or upset enough to go that far. This scenario doesn't seem likely at all.

Probably not blackmail, don't think any agency would risk that getting out. It would ruin business if people know they have all your info and you can't trust them with it .

the simplest answer would be she just asked him. she wont blackmail a client. just to many things about this that dont add up and I am seeing more proof that he didnt send her money than he did

At the end of the day it's a business for PC/Trinty so maybe she saw an opportunity to ruin BBs reputation and by association try and ruin TA reputation... I know working in the hot rod industry if there is even a hint of "bad business" it will make customers think twice about using your shop... so similar circumstances here (this is completely hypothetical) "if TA represents a thief dont use him use PC instead" in terms of customers mindset

In my mind the i dont know enough to believe one way or another that there text message screenshot is fake .. I can not prove(this is because I dont know enough about Apple products)

The evidence that sticks out to me is Braylin not having this dude's #... clearly if there was private communication between the 2 of them for this booking/scam there would at least be a conversation history on her phone as well or she would at least have the guys # in her phone

Access to what? If he's booked through PC doesn't he already have access? A discount is a strange motivation to go to all this trouble, but possible....I guess. I'm just not seeing any convincing reason for the EA member to make this up or TSC to get him to do it.

I’ve never seen that font on an iMessage screenshot. The words just don’t look like that on the real thing. That’s the main thing for me.

Thank you for that TA you now have helped confirm for me as someone who doesn’t have an iphone and use Apple Pay that that screenshot is faked...

My final judgment is this and this is just my opinion

1- The dude who claimed BB scammed him is a liar... I am unsure as to why but either

A-had a good reason or
B was offered a good reason by PC/Trinty or
C some kind of blackmail or
D was asked by PC and he decided to of his own freewill

2- TA went to enough lengths to prove his and BB innocence so Great job TA

3-
A- BB is now back on my list of providers to catch after I fill a few things on my list

B- I am sorry she had her reputation almost ruined by this i know how hard it is to keep a good reputation in any industry especially in a hobby industry
