I’ve had literally dozens of advisors over the years. Every few months, a new one reaches out to me to introduce themselves. They don’t last very long. And I don’t need them for the most part.

They really don´t know how to sell.
They should read and watch the straight line persuasion system!

830. But credit scores don’t mean anything if you don’t know how to use it. And if it was 710 I’d be just as comfortable. But I haven’t taken out any new loans in the last 18 months so the number is higher as I pay Dow massive amounts of debt befor I take on some new loans and leverage all of my equity into bigger deals over the next 3 years. But Having a 600 score can get you to the same end result if you know how the system works.

Fuck I even have a frond with a score in the mid 400s but his net worth Is 3 million dollars.

830 is a Big #!

I would venture to say there are very few people with a net worth of 3 million
and a FICO score in the mid 400s!

i think i was around a 750 but it has fluctated as my debt has grown a few grand the last few months but being paid off each month and my score should be back around there

many advisors have done this. i heard a story about google when it opened up and an athlete wanted to invest 300k in it but his advisors told him it was too high at $115 instead of $85 he wanted. He never went ahead with it and now its worth well over that with all the splits it has done. He should've pulled the trigger like you. Curious what was your reason behind going against your advisors advice.

I never carry a credit balance more than a few days. Every weekend, I pay off my credit card balance from the previous week. My “wife” has gotten 850 a couple of times.

Haha damn mine is like 630 or something around there but only because I'm an idiot and stopped using my credit card. I've never missed a payment and have always been 100% debt free (never even had to take student loans thankfully).

I plan to keep it that way too. Maybe to buy a home one day but with the prices in LA that's probably never happening unless I win the lottery or something.

Bank of America updates our scores each month and gives one or more reasons why the score is below 850 when it is. Typically outstanding/revolving credit card debt but even mortgages can affect the numbers. You think social media algorithms are confusing?

Working in finance, specifically the banking sector, we do not "cum" when we see a credit score like that. Especially now where systemic fraud and credit manipulation is at an all time high, having a 850 credit score has little impact.

What does make us cum (similar to many women) is cash on deposit. The more cash you have on deposit inside of your account, the more we are going to want to make you happy to keep it there and deposit more. Currently financial institutions number one objective is fighting for customer deposits. As always gentleman, cash is king.

It was exactly my approach in 2008 when buying stocks. It was a buying opportunity and I was able to purchase 2x my normal amount. Lots of people I worked with , panicked and moved money in their 401ks to cash even though they were in their late 20's, early 30's and had a long runway before retirement.
