Remote jobs are the best. The whole remote job market reminds me of a story of a software developer, who worked from home but outsourced it all to freelancers in China. Genius!

Options trading is the way to go. It is risky but the reward can be astronomical if you manage your risk and wait for the right opportunities

Lately find myself feeling bad about missed opportunities. I'll check with AI how much I would've made if I bought contracts at different strike prices and then get sad because I didn't want the risk.

Then there are some easy setups for straddles/strangles that should technically be pretty risk free but I still hesitate because I feel like I'd be unlucky and lose it all.

Also, want to add to this thread (which really is a MUST-read).

If you're thinking about going solo and starting your own business - go into a boring industry.

You always see people that wants to start drop shipping or go into the AI space because it´s "sexy" - DONT do that.
The more boring the business is, the higher chance of succeeding.

Think car washing, Self-storage facilities, Portable toilet rentals, Commercial cleaning etc.
None of these businesses are "sexy", but they have been proven to work for DECADES.

No one needs a "sexy" business, who cares - as long as money is made and you are profitable.

Last summer last summer my hoa cracked down on non licensed worker, and people just hiring there neighbor, because the people running my hoa are mental midgets.
so I found a solution and I started a home services business. I have 6 high school Kids who do window washing weed eating, roof blowing, power washing which wood chipping ect. and come very close minor maintenance jobs with my supervision. My 6 employees all Make 25 bucks an hour. I charge 40 the tools and trucks I already owned and they would otherwise sit around my shop.
The customers base is my home community who know there helping a local kid get some extra cash, and they have the professionalism of delaying with a real company. Not a kid whose mom is trying to help him get some extra cash.
This summer we’re scaling to two other hoa communities in the area. And all
Of a sudden my little investment to make a little side hustle cash is turning into a real business that should make about 50k this summer based on what we have lined up.
There’s nothing sexy about window washing and driveway pressure washing.

I build car washes so I’m biased to thouse but

Self storage is a great idea if you have land.

Every construction site in America needs portable toilets and hand wash stations.

Commercial and construction clean up is a gold mine

bounce houses and a outdoor theatre projectors will pay for themselves in in a couple weeks then it’s all profit

Construction- best way to start is by starting a demo crew a getting connected with someone like me who remodels houses.
