Since I retired a couple of months ago, been screwing around with some new hobbies and one if them is Mixology. Currently working on perfecting my Manhattan recipe. So far I think using Alberta Premium cask strength Rye and Punt de Mas is my favorite. I perfer rye over bourbon for a Manhattan but open to all suggestions for the perfect Manhattan. I suspect OC.Buisneesman may be a go to resource for this sort of info.
