I’ve had the opportunity in the past to pay for both a breast enhancement - which is still a pretty pricey surgery - and some lip fillers, but I turned them down. Not because I didn’t want to help or see the result - I´d love that, but because… well, we all know how it CAN end.
I’d do it if it weren’t for the fact that I’m almost certain those specific providers would slam the door in my face afterwards and say, metaphorically, “Thanks, bye.”
I’ve heard stories of guys paying for all sorts of procedures. I still speak with a gentleman who used to be here on EA, and he’s paid for surgeries for women he grew close to.
The downside is obvious: you never really know whether the provider will stick around or flake on you a month or two after the surgery.
You have to be really close with them. I´d say that even a full year of knowing each other is not enough.
The thought of looking at a woman and be able to say "I did that", turns me on.
