Thanks for this update from your end. Update from my end is that about 1 hour after I posted details here yesterday, she coincidentally then followed up via email to claim that she was sorry and "didn't realize that she didn't respond to me". I can only presume it's because Tryst contacted her after my post (if this is true, I appreciate it). She then told me about the technical issues with the plane and flight cancellation, saying that she could reschedule for tomorrow or Thursday. I told her that I would be down to reschedule for tomorrow. As of this writing I have not been notified of an additional flight delay today so this is the first that I'm seeing of another flight issue today.Here is an update:
she told me yesterday that her United flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. Given the issue with airlines these days I can understand that. She told me she rescheduled and was supposed to land in NYC today (29th) at 1pm.
At 10am west coast time she text me and told me that once again United was having flight issues. This was at the time she was supposed to be landing. This is not acceptable, lack of communication, poor organizational skills
I will be cancelling her tour (at least through Tryst agency) and refunding or crediting those that sent deposits.
makes me sad cause her feedback has always been amazing but I wont be booking her any longer until she can get her shit together

As of now, my position on her stands that she fully intended to steal deposit from the start and only followed up because Tryst pinged her about it (the idea that she "thought she responded" but didn't think it odd that I wouldn't have responded to her response, is childishly ludicrous). If she ends up coming to NY anyway and a meeting happens tomorrow then I'll take down this thread and provide an update but if the tour is now cancelled, then I'm sure she will not come, and yet, has not communicated that to me. Oh well, c'est la vie.
