Elena is absolutely fantastic and is worth booking over and over. The PC screening process is nearly identical to TA, although the booking process and communication is usually very different between the 2.

I can't talk about overall treatment, but I'm pretty sure the data is proccesed in the same way than TA (and the person in charge is also the webmaster of this forum). Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about that, could be missremembering.
