I have a few friends that know. A few of them want to make the jump but are scared of getting verified lol. A few can’t justify the cost of a ps but will gladly see a regular provider.

My friends introduced me to the hobby, they go to local escorts. Even went to an AMP together. We used to drive each other to incall locations, hang around somewhere for an hour and come back to pick our friend up when he's done.

But I'm never telling them about seeing pornstars. It's projection bias, just because they were partners in crime back then doesn't mean they'll be good at keeping the secrets now/in_future, one impulse of jealousy and people can turn. (They are also against giving real name to escorts, etc)

I haven’t told anyone around me. I also don’t think any of my friends or anyone I know partakes in this hobby.

One of the main reasons why I haven’t told a single soul is the potential that my personal escapades could affect my career if it becomes known. So it’s not really worth it.

Lol! No. At least no one super close to me knows about it. I've always wanted to tell them. but the majority of my friends all have kids and are married. I didn't want to come out that I was in the hobby and hear a lecture about it. Though I really wanted to share this part of my life with others, luckily I found like minded others I can meet and talk about this with. Think we all need that.

I feel like I'm in a hybrid spot compared to the other posters. I've only done it once so far, with a PS, and that's all I ever plan on doing it with. I'm in a "complicated" family situation and only one good friend knows I even considered this, and doesn't know I went through with it. He's slightly supportive of the idea of it, but I know I can trust him to keep it quiet. No other friends are trustworthy enough for me to tell them. My elderly parents know I've done it and will keep doing it and are very supportive, which probably sounds weird to most people, but not if you know my parents. But I won't share details with them of the encounters, or even the names or photos of the girls. I'm apparently ok with them knowing I'm having sex with porn stars but not ok with them knowing my tastes and preferences. Weird place to draw the line in the sand, I guess
