This is the first I am hearing of it. And this is why I always say don't book talent directly. People think Agencies are bad cause we charge a little more than what the models might charge if you can book them directly.
HOWEVER...we are a safety net for both parties, especially when it comes to deposits and stuff.

Were you under the impression that she was moving in so she could be your live in GF?
or was She under the impression that you were being a nice guy and renting her a room??
You correct she doesn't get booked ALOT, but that's mostly cause she lives in the middle of the country but I have never heard any feedback like this about her before. She even had a great regular for awhile that raved about her until she moved

There was never an expectation of live in GF. She had a separate room. The expectation was I would get what I paid for and then we would just be friends. The fundamental problem is I never got what was advertised from the start. The conversation about that is where things really blew up this week 8/16. But she has lashed out at me several times throughout the past month and a half and also since she moved in to the point where she didn’t even treat me as a friend consistently. The worst thing I ever did to her was 8/17 she sat down to spend time with me watching a TV show. She gets up 2 minutes in grabs her phone says “I need to work or I’m going to be homeless” (snide remark considering I gave her a place to live and more than 12k in cash) and walks outside. So me being hurt I go on my phone and like an asshole turn on my backyard Ring camera (she was fully aware it was there). She was in fact not working. She just wanted to talk to her bf and couldn’t be honest and treat me with the respect you would treat a “friend”. Also not the first time she just blew me off. So 8/16 and 8/17 were just the final straws for me in a month plus of being treated like a doormat. She just wanted to be “friends” which was fine but there was still sex owed, she offered free sessions, she walked around in her bra and panties, etc. There were never any boundaries established at any point. You can’t be a client/friend/landlord all at the same time and it was stupid to think that would work.
I can send you the full text history in a PDF if need be. Just too hard to post it because of all the personal details in it. Names/numbers/etc. I am working on posting a full recounting of everything with screenshots of relevant texts.
BTW it wasn’t just deposits. I’m out $8100 for a 2 hour booking and an overnight that I prepaid in full because she needed the money. Even offered yesterday to call it at $6600 and that’s when the cops got threatened. The rest of the money I spent was fulfilled even though I didn’t get what was advertised.
