Okay, so recently I have started emailing a couple providers and I have not received an answered (Been a week or so). How do you guys go about emailing them? What's the usual information you guys put in your emails.
Per say my emails have been somewhat like this.
Good Morning,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am interested in setting up an appointment for the city of XXX - preferably (Date), for (X amount of time) . I’d like to get more information on your screening process and hopefully get to proceed with the process.
Thank you for your time and I’m looking forward to hearing back from you soon!
Is this not provider friendly ? Am I doing something wrong? lol
Should I send another one as a follow up ?
