Since mid-September, I’ve been on the carnivore diet — with a twist (more on that later). I didn’t start it to lose weight, although that’s been a nice side effect. My real goal was to see what it would do to my body — and especially what kind of effects it might have down there.
My last “normal” meal was on September 16th: Spaghetti Carbonara — one of my all-time favorites. The next day, I went all in.
Day 1 (Sept 17): Breakfast was 3 soft-boiled eggs with salt. No lunch. Dinner: 5 lamb chops cooked in butter.
Day 2 (Sept 18): Same - eggs in the morning, and a thick rib-eye steak in the evening with a bit of melted butter on top.
Two weeks in, I already felt lighter — like my entire system had been flushed clean. I’ve kept it strict since then, only allowing the occasional “cheat” when I marinate my steaks with BBQ sauce.
Now, one month in, I can say this: I feel great. My energy is stable, my digestion calm, and… yes — erections are stronger, fuller, and more consistent than before. It’s not placebo. There’s a real, noticeable difference in both frequency and quality.
I don’t know yet if it’s the zero-carb aspect, the higher fat intake, or just the simplicity of eating clean, but something is clearly working.
Could it be that the carnivore diet actually supercharges "performance" to such a degree?
Either way, I´m going to continue on it till December at least.
