they are encrypted. when they are sent to a clients verified email address on file, they are decrypted for a client

It wouldn't do you any good to do a password reset request and have it sent yo you all encrypted. I can attest to the admin having everything encrypted.

although this is better than nothing, having the data encrypted is not enough

i get the usernames and names all that

but, the passwords should be hashed, not encrypted, so even the admin can’t decrypt them
