Generally, as a rule, I do not buy behind the scenes because all of it looks behind the scenes when I worked in the industry, amateur just meant You didn’t cast known talent, but the quality was just as good as Studio stuff. An iPhone will not compensate for lack of production skills and technical savvy. This is especially true of this shit right now with these cell phone content producers. Watching a scene with one of them holding an iPhone and that shit is crappy man and the "in the scene directing" or communicating with the director during the scene, says a lot about the editing or lack of editing.

you can spend a century in front of the camera that doesn’t mean you’re gonna be great behind the camera. We never use cell phones, because they weren’t as advanced as they are today we always use Sony digital cameras, monitors, microphones, mixing boards lighting if we went into a new environment, we would check to see what ambient noises might interfere with the production. Monitors guided our filming; we saw what the customer will see and we made adjustments accordingly.

Shooting scenes where fluorescent lights are present, people don’t realize that those lights produce an audible hum that the would seek out an attempt to amplify it; remedy "Gain Control" either in cam; or your audio person would make the correction. An audio mixer can reduce or eliminate those cavernous echoes. The lack of pre-production is evident in the production, there's adage about preparation. "The more time you spend in pre-production; the less time you'll spend in post production. I found: "Piss poor preparations equals piss poor progress" this to be equally true.

This isn't a blanket indictment there quite a few with excellent production quality; but the scene is tepid at best, so in an effort to combat this porn is beginning to have a very misogynistic look. It has become very "extreme", the slapping, choking, face-fucking can appear quite brutal especially when gagging is the intended outcome. When the scene already has a B.T.S. look, why do I want to buy three or four minutes of what already looks B.T.S.? Why not try selling as a director cut and try to create a niche for it? If they wont improve the quality, then price accordingly. Because the reality of the situation is this just because I go buy a pair of air Jordans don’t mean I’m gonna play like Air Jordan so I shouldn’t set my expectations that high just because you buy an iPhone 16 Pro Max doesn’t make you shoot like Francis Ford Coppola.
Imagine you’re watching two of your favorites and yet basically what you’re looking at is the back of her head bobbing up and down and him looking down or even worse this is one of my pet peeves holding a fucking iPhone and yet you want to sell me some behind the scenes I thought we were already behind the scenes! I started with "still photography". Shot Composition the first thing they taught, and "the rule of third," they call it dead center for a reason you stay out of dead center, but that’s for still photography, although video photography is a whole different animal but yet they have some similar approaches. Alright my angst has dissipated. My thoughts "4-what it's worth," probably nothing but at least their mine.
