Let me be specific when I say us. I don't mean us as in this community here, I mean as in the hobby in general. Marilyn Mayson to X to let all her clients and would be clients know that she will no longer be providing. This comes after reading some disturbing comments in other forums.The post reads, "I already haven’t been doing meets for quite awhile but it’s a hard no for me from now until forever. After reading some disturbing chats about me on random forums it solidified my decision. You can blame the incels for that. I also will not be attending any expos. If you wanted to meet me, I’m sorry, but you missed your opportunity."
At first, I thought this was us. I had to go into the history and see if any of us caused this and there was nothing. Only person that wrote about her was me and there's nothing but positive feedback from what I wrote. So I naturally assume another forum did the deed that had everyone who wanted to see Marilyn lose their chance. Once again, this proves that the deeds of some ruin it for the many.
Ranting Time:
I have no idea what these people wrote to have Marilyn leave the hobby all together and honestly, it doesn't matter. This is just the goofy shit that pisses me off. It's the main reason why things are regulated to where they are in this community. No one ever has to feel like they're being silenced, but there's always a way to give feedback without disrespecting. Giving your honest to god opinion doesn't have to be in the form of disrespecting someone. I only say this other forum disrespected her, because as a provider these women build tough skin over time. However, everyone reaches their limit and you can't tell me some goof troupe little bitch didn't say something to send Marilyn over the top to eventually retiring from providing.
There's a way of giving feedback that doesn't screw it up for everyone else. I want to thank who have done that here, because you all set an example I hope the rest of the hobby can pick up over time. I know that's wishing on a nonexistent star, but even if it doesn't catch on pass the community I fine with just being here.
