I wasn’t initially planning to comment on this matter, as it didn’t seem provider-related—until a well-known PS provider came forward to speak about an altercation involving a famous celebrity. This provider shared her story with multiple sources, but for some reason, it wasn’t taken seriously. Now, with another woman coming forward just a couple of days ago, it seems all eyes are on both the provider and the celebrity.
A few days ago, a woman named Hana took to social media, claiming she had been raped by the famous rapper, songwriter, and producer Sage The Gemini. Hana provided detailed accounts of how she was invited to Chris Brown’s home by Sage, where the alleged assault occurred. At the time, she was 18 years old, and now, after eight years, she is finally speaking out.
As is often the case, when one allegation surfaces, more tend to follow. People who’ve experienced similar trauma find the courage to come forward. In this instance, the adult actress Gemini Baby shared her own harrowing story involving Sage The Gemini.
Gemini's account differs slightly from the Hana's, but it is equally terrifying. According to her, after a year of talking with Sage on social media, she was flown out to meet him. Everything seemed fine until she landed and got into his car, where the mood suddenly shifted. From that moment, she said, it became a "fight or flight" situation, with her simply trying to survive the ordeal. Gemini claims she was held in a room for three days, with her phone usage strictly monitored. During this time, she alleges she was anally raped and feared for her safety, especially given her smaller stature compared to him.
There were also supposed hints that Sage may have been trying to convince Gemini to provide services for him, which raises the possibility that he could have been pimping out other women in Los Angeles.
Gemini says these events took place in 2018, and she went public on social media soon after. However, no one believed her at the time. Now that Hana has come forward with her own story on multiple platforms, the situation is being taken more seriously. But Gemini is left asking: what’s the difference between her case and Hana’s? She believes her background as a sex worker played a significant role in why no one believed her initially. Despite the fact that she wasn’t working as a provider when she met Sage, her profession cast a shadow over her accusations.
The fact that Gemini is now a sex worker should not have been the focus when she exposed what happened. Every day, women in the industry come forward with stories of abuse, and many are overlooked because of their profession. What people fail to understand is that there are layers to this occupation, and just because they’re sex workers doesn’t mean they’re any less human.
I hope Gemini and Hana get the justice they deserve. As clients, we should do more to support women like Gemini, whose voices often go unheard because of the stigma surrounding their work. It’s the least we can do, considering what they do for us.
