Just like that, another provider is raped. This is continuing to become a more frequent thing with no end in sight and it's really diabolical at this point. This supposedly took place in Alberta Canada with a provider going by the name Lacey Luxx. After reading about her situation, I'm a little confused on the matter as she says she was raped, but certain aspects aren't lining up. In no way am I trying to belittle this young woman's trauma, but it's best to know both stories before passing any type of judgement.

Lacey is a provider who sees clients in her base town of Alberta. I learned about her situation via X where she was very detailed on what happened. Lacey got a room specifically to see this clients she's seen before. I'm assuming this client sent Lacey the deposit and paid half her rate when they met. Between him being there and then leaving without paying the rest of Lacey's rate this client rapes her. Now, no matter how you look at this in one form or another this client could be said to have raped Lacey.
Let me explain what I mean. It is very possible that this client raped Lacey in the traditional sense of the word. When I say that I mean he forced himself on her. Then there's the other definition of rape we only know in the hobby which is seeing a provider and not paying what you owe. Being intimate with a provider and not paying them afterwards could be considered rape to some bring consequences. From Cassidy's description of that altercation it looks as if the client is guilty of both acts of rape. Here's the part I'm a little confused on.

In the post above, Lacey wrote "I’ve seen him once before. I was stupid enough to trust him when he said the other half was in the car. He sent $107 over e-transfer." I'm confused by this, because I don't know how one goes from being force into a sex act and then trusting the person that raped you to leave and come back with the rest of rate.
Regardless of which ever kind of rape it was, this is client most likely will be held accountable for his actions. Providing is Canada isn't exactly legal, but it also isn't illegal either. They're very much in a gray area when it comes to selling sexual favors, though when it comes to things like rape a provider can go to LE to have a client arrested. Lacey knows who this provider is and is doxxing this client as we speak.
Again, not downplaying anything that this woman went through. She went through a horrible experience and the consequences should be dealt accordingly. Now, I wasn't there so I can't pass any judgement on the matter. This is one persons point of view and we've all seen in the past that some providers very much can embellish certain things.
I hope for the best for Lacey and anything she's going through right now.
