Aletta Ocean - New Surgery

Aletta Ocean recently had a new round of surgeries.
She had a BBL aswell as “Rib narrowing”, whatever that means.

I’m sure looking forward to see the results of the BBL. It’s difficult to make an already perfect ass more perfect.
