I just found the
premier page for girls in Russia. Some top models on there. And their admins make sure to remove the scammer profiles and even encourage users/clients to report any bait and switch to ban those profiles.

I found a couple of girl's direct contacts on there who I've been interested in seeing for a long time but unfortunately due to the regional situation here in Dubai, almost all of them have traveled to Moscow. Silver lining - the profiles are active in Russia and I can nab their contact details for when they come back to Dubai
